CW Breitsman Associates, LLC, (CWB-A) a full-service, independent Third Party Administrator, was founded by Charles W. Breitsman, President/CEO in 2007. He has over 30+ year's executive level experience in the employee benefits, compensation field.
The CWB-A staff has extensive experience with a multitude of Single Employer, VEBAs, Multiple Employer, Taft-Hartley and Public Plans. This wide-ranging experience includes the overall administrative operations of Group Benefit Plans and Trust Funds, including but not limited to; Governance, Financial Accounting, Benefit Design/Interpretation, Application System & Administrative Platforms, VENDOR Integration & Connectivity and most importantly, Customer Services.
A sampling of this experience includes administering & managing DB & DC Retirement Plans, Comprehensive Insured & Self-Funded Welfare Plans (Active & Retiree), HRA/MRA/Flex Plans, Life, Dental, Vision, STD/S&A, LTD and related ancillary benefits. Also, ERISA/DOL-EBSA/IRS Compliance, Medicare Supplemental Plans, CMS/RDS/ERRP Administration, Vendor Negotiations, and SPD Development.
Today, CWB-A is honored to serve as the Third Party Administrator for a diverse group of valued clients.
CWB-A is a fee for service firm whose sole source of revenue is through negotiated fee arrangements with its clients. All fees are fully disclosed and authorized by the client.
Active in the employee benefits community for over three decades, Mr. Breitsman has been a contributor within the Educational Programs and Governance Bodies of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the premier resource for education and information for the Employee Benefits Industry. He served as the IFEBP President and Chair of the Board of Directors in 1991 and served continuously on that Board of Directors from 1986 through 2009.
